About Andy Wirt

Andy Wirt is an award-winning, licensed Realtor® and serves central OH communities, primarily in Franklin, Delaware, and Licking counties. Andy has sold hundreds of residential homes in each community in greater Columbus and has served as a trusted advisor to his home buying and selling clients since 2014. As a former pastor, Andy values integrity above all else. What is best for the client always comes before earning a commission. He says, “Offering a consistent level of high service and data-driven advice during the transaction process, in a context of great communication is my goal.” This level of work has led to raving client reviews and sales awards from the Columbus Board of Realtors in 2020, 2021, and 2022 (President’s Excellence Award= $10M Sales). Andy works about equally with buyers and sellers which he feels gives him the best vantage point to fully understand both sides of any transaction. Andy is a solo agent- which means that when he works with a client, that client has access to the lead agent at every turn. On the personal side, Andy and his wife Tricia, have been married for over 25 years and have four kids (3 boys and a girl), ages 20 to 12. The Wirts have lived in the New Albany area since 2007 where Andy has volunteered on many community boards. Serving in their local church is a big part of family life and several of Andy’s goals involve using increased business profit to fund charitable and mission work in America and around the world at higher levels. In a moment of down time, you’ll find Andy reading a good book, hiking in a metro park, or traveling with his family.
